The good news is, I can help you achieve any fitness goal within the right timeframe and training regime. The not-so-good news? It will require you to put in some pretty hard work.

You see, the truth is, many people come to me seeking a sort of magic pill. They believe that paying for their sessions is half the battle and that they can then workout modestly and miss sessions regularly. I'm sure you can see why that approach and attitude is flawed from the start.

A successful transformation through personal training requires a partnership between the trainer and client.

What types of training do you use?

As nationally certified personal trainer, I can design any type of workout program BUT my signature approach focuses on using a broad range of resistance training exercises. With resistance training (a.k.a. weight training) you will benefit from the fastest path to achieve your goals. This is because through building lean muscle, your body will burn more calories when at rest. Resistance training also yields an overall better body composition that shapes the body rather than just giving the "skinny fat" look that can result from overdoing cardio without resistance training.

How long is each session?

Sessions are 45 minutes and include a 5-minute warm-up, a 35-minute intense workout customized to your goals, and a 5-minute cool down/stretch.

Where do you train?

Personal training sessions are held in my professional home studio located in Metuchen, NJ.

What type of workout equipment is used in the EZ Fit studio?

EZ Fit Personal Training uses a broad range of resistance training equipment. Some of the equipment we have on hand includes: Cable machine, kettle bells, medicine balls, TRX, barbells, dumbbells, plyo box, weight vests, ankle weights, bench press, heavy bag, aerobic steps, resistance bands, pull-up bar, squat rack, bodyweight exercises, percussive massage gun, stretch table.

What should I expect at an assessment?

During this free 45-minute session, we'll discuss your goals and talk about what it would take to achieve them. We'll also test your current fitness level through a brief workout and record your Body Fat Percentage, Muscle Mass, Resting Metabolism, Visceral Fat and more.

How much does each session cost?

Sessions start from $60 and vary based on your training frequency. Check out our PRICING page for package prices.

What training etiquette or general rules should I be aware of?

A card on file is required for all clients on monthly plans. Payments are automatically processed every 4 weeks for the duration of your service agreement.

Punctuality is appreciated.

Bring your own water or energy drink. The bottled water in the gym is $1 each.
